We Are Hiring For Several Positions

Bilingual Inside Sales

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales opportunities through proactive phone communication and consultative selling skills.

  • Prepare sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts; conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity information using available resources; participate in discussions about sales activities.

  • Develop regional management plans to optimize customer relationships and increase sales.

  • Participate in company training programs to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above; 2 years of experience in HVAC or construction sales preferred.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, well-rounded, and able to work independently to solve problems.

  • High level of integrity and reliability.

Position Details:

  • Location: Flushing, New York

  • Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Compensation: Base salary of $3,500/month + commission (based on experience), performance bonus.

Purchasing Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise with (at least 2) years of successful procurement and purchasing experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Analytical mindset, leveraging data for well-informed decision-making.

  • Impeccable attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • A collaborative team player with cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for HVAC equipment, components, and materials.

  • Foster and nurture strong supplier relationships, regularly evaluating performance and negotiating contracts.

  • Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, striking a balance between stock availability and minimizing surplus.

  • Liaise effectively with various departments, including operations and finance, to streamline procurement processes.

  • Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to enhance cost efficiency and procurement effectiveness.

  • Keep meticulous records of purchases, pricing, and supplier data.

  • Promptly address and resolve supply issues and discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and procurement standards relevant to our field.

ExperiencePurchasing: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: Flushing, NY

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM

Pay: Negotiable

Outside Sales

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or higher

  • Bilingual: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Basic Computer skills: able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Ambitious self-starter, adept at leading others to consistently deliver superior results

  • Detail-oriented, well-rounded, and a self-directed problem solver.

  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Spend Mondays in the office to plan your week and report to your manager, then conduct in-person sales visits Tuesday - Friday.

  • Focus on developing existing accounts and acquiring new business by engaging with customers in person within your assigned territory.

  • Develop a territory management plan to optimize time spent with customers.

  • Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations. Prepare quotations and customer correspondence.

  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information, and discuss sales activities with the Sales Manager.

  • Participate in an in-depth training program provided by the company to develop the necessary sales and product skills for success.

Experience: Sales: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Days Required to Work: 5 days a week ( Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed)

Pay Probation Period: 1 Month

 

Salary: Base pay + commission (based on experience), Bonus (based on store performance), Vacation, Sick pay, Paid Holidays
